We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic team, playing a critical role in crafting intuitive, accessible, and delightful digital experiences for our users. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing design strategies to ensure our digital products are not only functional but also provide an exceptional user experience.

As a Digital Product Designer at iCloudReady, you will:

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather and understand user requirements.
• Visualize design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons, and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.
• Create original graphic designs and visual elements to enhance user experience.
• Present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, and make revisions based on feedback.
• Identify and solve UX problems, ensuring optimal responsiveness across various devices.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and best practices.
• Ensure all design elements adhere to specified style and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

It is preferred that you have:

• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure, Marvel, or Principle.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to better communicate with the engineering team.
• Advanced skills in motion design or interactive design.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Prior experience in designing for mobile applications.
• Background or understanding of the property management or real estate industry.
• Ability to mentor or lead junior designers.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in languages prevalent in our user base.
