Digital Product Manager

One of our prominent clients, a diversified business conglomerate with a portfolio spanning five key sectorsGeneral Contracting, Real Estate Development, Agriculture & Food Industries, Lifestyle, Entertainment and Hospitality, and Services is seeking to hire a Digital Product Manager to join their team in Qatar - Doha.

Location: Doha, Qatar

Experience:

Minimum 8-10 Years in Managing Digital Products

Exposure to SAP solutions such as S/4 Hana, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors is a big plus

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Startups

Coding experience in front end, back end, databases technologies

Knowledge and Skills:

Hands-on skill for product architecture (former Enterprise Architect)

Worked previously in tech start-up organizations

Knowledge (Advanced) in Reactjs, React Native, Flutter, Nodejs, Mongo DB, SQL DB and API's

Scrum Manager

Agile Project methodologies

Worked on Jira or other Kanban tools

Design skills on Figma (nice to have)

UX Testing experiences

Roles and Responsibilities:

Successful delivery of IT Products and projects

Manage IT projects/programs on time and within budget

Schedule and organize teams in an efficient manner

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and writing.

Managing Conflicts between teams and stakeholders

Leading Innovation And change management within the Organization

Leading Remote Teams to deliver optional results.

Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
