Digital Product Manager

We are looking to hire a Digital Product Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the direct booking website and mobile app of our client, ensuring smooth releases, and maintaining the product roadmap for our client based in Dubai- one of the most prestigious hospitality

organizations in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is potentially renewable.

You should also have experience in leading and managing digital projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and developer partners to manage direct booking website and mobile app releases, including bug fixes and new features, using agile methodologies.
• Support the management of the website and mobile app roadmaps.
• Gather and analyze requirements from relevant stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs.
• Act as the primary contact for urgent matters and requests related to the website and mobile app, providing timely and effective solutions.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in supporting or leading digital projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Certification as a Scrum Master, Product Manager, or PMP is an advantage.
