Job Brief:
Responsible for assisting in the development of Umniah's Consumer Digital proposition in the market. The role will be instrumental in ensuring that the company develops a solid approach to its digital offering and delivers excellent customer experiences. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about all things digital and ready to challenge the status-quo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan digital products/services for consumer market that match customer needs and enable the company to become the preferred provider for adjacent services.
- Create and review business cases for new products/services to maximize the product revenue, impact, and customers.
- Liaise with the Product Development, IT, Network, and Marketing Communications department to ensure a successful implementation and launch of the agreed products/services roadmap.
- Ensure successful launch for new products/services across several communications channels (traditional and non-traditional channels).
- Think out-of-the-box to introduce creative and new products/services for the consumer market that enhance the customers way of living and meet the customers needs.
- Support direct manager in preparing the yearly strategy plan for the digital segment to increase the company market share, segment revenues, reduce churn rate and increase customers lifetime value.
- Learn how to use new tools such as Insider for enhancing personalization; work cross-departmentally to generate analysis and create highly targeted campaigns.
- Establish solid working relationships with key potential partners and ensure that their collaboration with Umniah is smooth and efficient.
- Deal with sales feedback and complaints received from end-users through front liners such as Customer Care, Back Office, and Social Media channels to take the best action to enhance the customer experience.
- Organize and prioritize projects to manage time efficiently and deliver quick and impactful results
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Telecommunications Engineering, or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Limited Experience in a related field.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Essential:
- Excellent knowledge of the consumer digital markets, both domestically and internationally
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Good knowledge of the consumer IoT market
- Good knowledge of competitive analysis
- Good command of transferring data analytics and visualization into business decisions
- Good knowledge of product Life-Cycle Management (launch, termination)
- Good knowledge of customers experience management
- Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good English skills.

- Project Management Certification

Essential:
- Working knowledge of conventional marketing tools
