Job Title: Digital Program Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to 22,000 AED (all-inclusive)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, complex digital projects end-to-end. The successful candidate will drive initiatives from concept to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, technical acumen, and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Scope, plan, and deliver digital programs end-to-end within established timelines.
- Develop and manage project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and address issues to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary interface for customer engagement and relationship management.
- Communicate goals, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal and external teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and performance.
Technical Oversight:
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Conduct UAT/BAT and support testing phases to ensure quality delivery.
- Provide domain inputs for digital applications and web-based solutions.
Process Optimization:
- Review and refine existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and define new ones as needed.
- Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements in line with company strategy.
- Lead and monitor KPIs to improve service delivery and ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on digital transformation and program delivery.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and use case modeling.
- Hands-on experience in UAT/BAT processes, workflow diagrams, and test strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital and web applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead discussions on technical requirements and domain expertise.
- Strong analytical abilities with a results-driven approach to project management.
- Experience in customer relationship management within the telecom or digital domain.
