Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible to oversee the digital sales team. She/He is responsible for leading and executing the digital sales strategy across Sales and Marketing departments, encouraging customer retention, loyalty and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Head ofF &I and Digital Sales and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
- Drives the Customer Digital Journey and ensure to deliver results through effective planning, resource allocation, work allocation, monitoring and decision-making in order to achieve the area-level KPIs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Leads Digital projects from conceptualization to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and other relevant departments to optimize the online sales funnel and enhance the customer experience.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in the digital landscape to maximize revenue and market share.
- Oversee the online sales process, ensuring timely and effective handling of customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize sales across various digital channels, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's digital presence and reach.
- Defines requirements related to Brand Campaign requests and implements changes based on best practices.
- Monitors call quality and implementing process/ agents quality improvements.
- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and conversion rates.
- Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and tactics for improved digital sales performance & Lead generation.
- Develops and enhances Sales reports and operations (e.g. digital conversion and lost sales analysis.
- Develops specific customer loyalty programs for Sales by online, SMS and e-mails campaigns, in coordination with the Marketing division.
- Develops and executes online promotions activities through online advertising, email campaigns, SMS blasts and posts results analysis, in collaboration with the Marketing division.
- Ensures successful configuration, implementation and maintenance of a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various criteria, delivering a steady stream of qualified leads for all business channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, product management, and customer service, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to drive team productivity and growth.
Background & Experience (years):
- 5 to 7 years in a related field/role, with 2 years of managerial experience.
- Knowledge of current and best communication channels and digital marketing ecosystem.
- Proven experience with loyalty programmes.
- Proven ability to work independently and with others.
- Able to nurture talent, manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
- MS Office skills.
- Professional certification (preferred).
