Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support Digital services and other bank solutions from an IT perspective.
- Manage, customize, and provide solutions related to Digital services from an IT perspective.
- Apply advanced SQL/PLSQL skills and possess solid experience in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, .NET, and API integrations.
- Ensure accurate and timely problem-solving and decision-making through a solid understanding of relevant applications.
- Implement System/Software Development Life Cycle in related fields.
-Perform maintenance, modifications, and enhancements to current systems.
- Address and assist with any requests from the business side.
- Provide support for existing issues on both test and production environments.
- Implement strong data management practices.
- Receive and resolve incidents related to Digital services.
- Conduct work in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
Education:
Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science (CS), Software Engineering (SE), or Computer Information Systems (CIS) from a recognized university.
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, AIX, and Linux.
- Proficient understanding of digital services including Mobile Banking, Efwatercom,and CLIQ (Instant Payment).
- Solid knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL databases.
- Understanding of integration concepts and methods.
- Strong skills in Java, .NET, JSP, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with programming and the software development life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of banking concepts and ATM systems is a plus.
- Proficient in English.
- A good team player.
