As a
Digital Services Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital service initiatives across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve digitization goals within the organization, enhancing the Digital Services Unit's performance and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Digital Services Unit, including developing plans, setting objectives, and monitoring strategy implementation to achieve departmental goals.
- Guide the digital service developers and business analysts in project execution and application development according to established quality standards and timelines.
- Offer guidance to the team in utilizing the Outsystems platform and developing applications according to best practices.
- Address technical and managerial challenges encountered during project execution.
- Provide technical support by addressing customer and partner inquiries and requirements, ensuring appropriate technical solutions according to their needs.
- Manage internal and external relationships and collaborate with other departments to achieve integration and improve business operations.
- Regularly report platform performance and usage and periodically monitor licenses.
- Monitor project costs while maintaining Return on Investment (ROI) metrics regularly.
- Manage and monitor data flow and integration with other platforms regularly.
- Fulfill any other duties assigned within the scope of work.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Software Development.
- Over 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects.
- Over 5 years of experience in business process automation.
- Over 3 years of experience in application development using the Outsystems platform.
- Previous experience in leadership and managing technical and executive teams.
- Experience in lean management.
- Experience in data integration and management.
- Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Digital Transformation: Adopt digital technology to transform services or businesses, replacing non-digital or manual processes with digital ones or replacing outdated digital technology with the latest digital technology.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications.
- Business Analysis: Expertise and experience in using business analysis techniques and tools to maximize the benefits of information.
- Application Management and Maintenance: Develop mature systems, procedures, and policies for applications to enhance the efficiency of various functions. Ability to develop software planning skills and liaise with vendors for all updates and new applications, installing applications to meet departmental needs and management expectations.
- Technical Support for IT: Provide high-quality technical support services according to approved procedures, offering regular or on-demand maintenance services for applications.
