Job Scope
We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Signage and IT Support. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing the largest digital signage network in the UAE, overseeing over 4,000 screens and digital signage across public transport, malls, and retail spaces.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of these digital assets, from screens and PCs to routers and end devices, while adhering to stringent cybersecurity and compliance policies. You will be the point of contact for all digital signage network-related issues, responsible for applying for necessary permits, installing software, monitoring internet data usage, and troubleshooting any technical disturbances.
With a focus on maintaining high uptime and network health, you will also be tasked with ensuring issues are resolved within defined SLAs, contributing to the seamless operation of our extensive digital network. This role requires a leader who is attentive to detail and committed to excellence in all aspects of digital signage and IT support.
Role Requirements
POC for the Digital Signage Network and Digital Assets of the Company.
Operations and maintenance of screens, PCs, routers, and end devices.
Applying for Regular Permits and Approvals for Maintenance of Digital Assets.
Installation of required software on PCs.
Enhancing the new and existing PCs to avoid consumption of Internet bandwidth.
Monitoring of Internet data packages on a regular basis to avoid outages.
Troubleshooting software-related disturbances, brightness issues, & hardware replacements.
Adhering to defined SLAs across multiple projects.

Your Profile
Experience in Managing Digital Signage Network
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet maintenance schedules.
Manage and track permit applications and approvals efficiently.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems efficiently.
Adapt strategies based on changing data consumption trends and technological advancements.
Take responsibility for meeting SLA requirements and communicating progress.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data trends, including internet data usage and network performance, to proactively address potential issues and optimize system efficiency.
Proficiency in Cybersecurity Practices: Knowledge of cybersecurity policies and best practices to ensure the digital signage network is protected against vulnerabilities and unauthorized access.
Technical Leadership and Problem-Solving: Experience in leading technical teams and projects, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions under pressure.
