SUMMARY
You will drive impact and best-in-class social presence, execution of content, and brand reputation management. Manage core social media presence, concept and create social-first content for key platforms and channels, publish content daily, and accelerate the brand as social media best. Key focus on Instagram and TikTok channels. Drive the brand's social media and new media initiatives, social selling, uncover new opportunities for the brand to explore in the digital space. Accelerate local social media brand presence with the launch of new platforms & continued cascade of best-in-class social strategic approach and excellence in execution. Leads for all social escalation and risk management situations and resolution of these challenges.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee all global core social channels ensuring excellence in execution of content (TikTok, Instagram, Meta, X, and YouTube).
- Content production - writing, updating and creating social content to drive interaction and education
- Help drive the creation and execution of the Social Media Calendar for core channels.
- Present social media strategy after researching and analyzing company aggregated data and how it will enhance company brand or increase traffic to website
- Delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights, based on a clear understanding of business objectives
- Implementation of the company's social media efforts
- Evaluating, organizing, managing and contributing to all social media channels.
- Manage company social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube
- Interest, LinkedIn, etc. Use promotions, contests, polls, ads, surveys, refer
- All program to develop strategies and leveraging social media followers
- Create & monitor benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media.
- Promotions or survey data comes in and task would be to develop strategy on how to use networking sites to leverage more followers and increase traffic.
Qualifications
- BA or equivalent.
- +8 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media etc.
- Experience and strong technical know-how with Instagram/TikTok/Meta/LinkedIn/X is a must.
- Must manage and execute on brand social channels in current role.
- Strong quantitative skills and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in managing risk and escalation management scenarios in social media.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a necessity.
- Team player with solution-oriented, positive attitude.
