The Digital Strategist is responsible for developing and executing effective digital media strategies to drive business growth and achieve campaign goals for clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager or Customer Success to understand client needs and develop a media plan that meets those needs
- Create and manage a media plan that outlines campaign goals, channels, placements, formats, content, CTAs, devices, languages, markets, ad units, unit prices, KPIs, and budgets in USD and relevant country currency
- Collaborate with the Digital Lead to get media plan approval and ensure that plans are delivered within 48 hours
- Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to ensure that content and adaptations align with the media plan and campaign strategy
- Communicate with the Technical and Analytics teams to ensure that campaigns are properly set up and tracked
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to the media plan as needed
- Keep accurate records of all media plans, campaigns, and client communications
- Continuously learn about new digital media trends and technologies and incorporate them into the media planning process.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required)
- Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
- Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
- Strong interest in technology or digital marketing
