Job Objective
The Digital Transformation Manager will lead and manage the execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization. This role is pivotal in supporting organizational growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing agility to meet the rapidly evolving demands of the digital landscape. The position also ensures business continuity through effective IT application management, while shaping strategies that position the organization for future technological advancements.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Operational
Strategic & Operational Support:
managing IT applications and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
Spearhead the planning, execution, and management of multiple digital transformation projects from end to end, ensuring timely delivery to meet business and regulatory requirements within tight deadlines.
Provide expert guidance and adherence in the development of systems, policies, processes, and procedures enhance operational efficiency, standardization, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Driving Digital Transformation:
Lead the delivery of innovative digital transformation initiatives that drive organizational growth, improve agility, and leverage state-of-the-art technologies to meet evolving business needs.
Leverage extensive experience in all phases of project management to bridge the gap between technical and business goals, delivering productive and effective solutions support both operational excellence and strategic business objectives.
Source and implement cutting-edge IT solutions that align with business objectives, building cost-effective and scalable technology platforms that foster business growth and innovation.
IT Application & Business Continuity Management:
Oversee the administration and optimization of critical IT applications, ensuring uninterrupted operations and robust business continuity measures to support organizational stability.
implement contingency and disaster recovery plans, ensuring readiness and resilience against service disruptions.
Ensure IT security practices are in place, protecting the organization's systems and data from vulnerabilities and breaches.
Governance & Leadership:
Establish governance frameworks for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Provide clear direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of digital initiatives within the established scope, timeline, and budget.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the organization's digital capabilities and implementing forward-thinking technology solutions
Project Management & Delivery:
Lead the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered efficiently within limited timeframes while meeting business and regulatory standards.
Utilize extensive project management expertise to navigate all phases of digital transformation, ensuring that technical and business objectives are aligned to deliver impactful solutions.
Implement scalable and cost-effective IT solutions that are tailored to meet the current and future needs of the organization, supporting sustained growth and innovation.
Management Reporting:
Regularly report to the Digital and Technology Director on the progress of digital transformation activities, providing insights into challenges, opportunities, and mitigation strategies to enable informed decision-making.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to Digital and Technology Director, guiding strategic planning and improving the organization's overall digital strategy.
People Supervision:
Collaborate with direct reports to create personalized development plans that support growth and maximize their contributions to digital transformation.
Conduct performance appraisals, identify development areas and strengths, and provide ongoing guidance for growth.
Assess workforce needs for recruitment, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team that drives digital success.
Ethical Conduct & Compliance:
Conduct all activities in an ethical and professional manner, adhering to JCSA's policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and uphold the organization's values.
Other Related Assignments
Perform other additional related duties or assignments as directed and contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the department and the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required Years of Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, IT management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing digital projects, integrating new technologies, and driving business change through digital solutions.
