Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Direct Media Buys Manager with a strong background in digital and traditional media channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic direct media buy plans that align with our marketing objectives, ensuring brand visibility on top websites, and managing budgets to maximize ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure optimal rates and terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Planning & Buying: Develop and execute media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels to achieve marketing objectives, including negotiating and purchasing ad space in a cost-effective manner.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution and optimization of direct buys campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage the direct media buys budget to allocate resources efficiently and maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of direct media buys campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements for the best rates and terms.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to align media buys with broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize the media strategy.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all media buying activities comply with regulations specific to the financial services industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct media buying.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in CFDs and Forex, is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
