Manage the resolution of urgent, VIP, or escalated issues in the field with Tenants, Landowners, municipalities, Government entities, etc. by visiting the related areas and communicating/ directing with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Engage, along with the GM, in the formulation, and monitoring of TAWAL's site leasing & acquisition strategy, objectives, policies & procedures to ensure that excellent service is delivered most efficiently and effectively.
Engage in solution development and resolve all emergency or critical tasks that arise.
Oversee liaison with operations and commercial to identify TAWAL site and property requirements; analyze the market to identify and recommend compatible site and property options to GM.
Act, on behalf of GM, on issues in the field with Tenants, Landowners, municipalities, Government entities, etc. by visiting the related areas and communicating/ directing with internal and external stakeholders.
Review the evaluation of site leasing options and advice means to enhance optimization and utilization of current sites through understanding site demand and comparing it to its capacity.
Engage in negotiations with land and property owners and ensure TAWAL's commercial interest is catered for and agree on terms and conditions and acquire site and property as required.
Monitor, review and escalate all relevant to site and property licensing and permits and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
Monitor, review and escalate the management of all relevant to site and property management activities to safeguard TAWAL's interests and report emerging requirements and challenges to relevant parties.
Monitor, review, escalate and assess periodic reports from records of all relevant to site acquisition, leasing and management activities and report to GM.
Participate in the development of TAWAL's strategy and operational objectives and advise on the cascading of the overall strategy to the relevant functional area.
Participate in developing financial budgeting and projection and monitor actual performance throughout the financial cycle.
Monitor, review, and assess the performance of line management to ensure TAWAL's strategy and objectives are applied and met.
Keep abreast of discipline best practices.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Legal, Business, Finance or equivalent. Master's degree in business administration or similar is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience
Project Management Certificate is preferred.
High-level skills with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
Practiced balancing stakeholder interests and prioritizing competing tasks.
Able to develop strategies and execute them with a high degree of ownership.

Fluency in Arabic and English (reading and writing.
