Looking for a performance-driven, focused and committed individual with a proven track record for the role of Director - Business Development to lead Presights challenging business development strategy for AI services & Big Data technologies for Africa Market based on annual targets & current business priorities. Your role presents a unique opportunity to maximize the growth, revenue curve and identify new growth opportunities for Presight.

Responsibilities:
Develop a business development and sales strategy that employs direct and channel approaches to significantly expand the footprint of our business in the assigned markets.
Timely and accurately maintain CRM processes for effective sales management and client activities reporting.
Establish and cultivating new client and partner collaboration opportunities.
Lead and work with internal teams to demonstrate the value of our technology and solutions to customers and prospects through business case development, references, and ROI.
Lead and develop proposals to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
Work with management team to develop and roll out an effective partner strategy
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and strategic goals.
Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.
Skills and attributes for success
A good understanding of value selling especially in areas of enterprise solutions such as digital transformation solutions, ERP, CRM and analytics related technologies.
Successful track record of selling complex and effective solutions and services to large enterprise and/or government accounts.
Engaging senior executives in strategic planning
Negotiating and closing large, complex deals
Record of sustained quota targets being met or exceeded.
Effective communication, writing and presentation skills.
Well-developed organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye to details
Disciplined and methodical approach to develop and manage sales pipeline.

Minimum 10 years experience in an enterprise/global sales organization or proven related work experience
Prior success sales experience in the Africa market
Ability to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented, customer-centric mindset.
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Both English and French as prerequisites. Arabic is an advantage.
This role may require you travelling overseas on a regular basis.
