The Director role in Digital Marketing Financial Services will leverage your strategic acumen, placing you at the forefront of business planning, growth, and organizational structuring. Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring in-depth knowledge and delivery expertise in the FS space across core banking, digital experience, banking related tech implementations and technology strategy.
  • Understand leading technology solutions that are relevant to the banking industry across corporate, transaction and FinTechs. Have a point of view on how banks can deliver more efficiently through the use of digital platforms
  • Have a good understanding on the architecture, platform ecosystem and implementation timelines to provide an expert point of view around recommendation and implementation of banking related digital experience systems such as websites, apps, portals, web analytics, customer data platforms etc.
  • Apply your understanding of local regulations in UAE, Qatar, KSA in the banking industry. In addition, you will have an understanding of the cloud and data regulations impacting banking technology decisions and implementations.
  • Apply deep sector specific nuances to translate client's vision into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Establish nurture client relationships with a proven track record of converting opportunities within the region and manage an opportunity end to end in terms of bid and proposal management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, within the Customer & Marketing portfolio to deliver integrated digital marketing projects.
  • Develop and maintain contact with decision makers at key clients; manage day to day interactions with clients and sponsors.
  • Lead and support pursuits and practice development initiatives.
  • Collaborate on innovative solutions to support the future of the practice.
  • Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the needs of clients in the financial services industry.
  • Provide strategic and thought leadership to financial services clients on digital marketing best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions to drive business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key digital marketing platforms, vendors, and technology partners to stay abreast of new features, tools, and opportunities.
  • Stay abreast on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies impacting digital marketing in the financial services sector.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Fintech industry and emerging technology trends such as open and digital banking.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital technology implementations that drive business results and ROI.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies, including banking campaign management technologies, web development, app management, portal builds and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop innovative solutions to achieve client objectives.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry regulations, compliance considerations, and market trends is highly desirable.
  • A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.
  • Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team.
