Looking for an experienced and strategic Director of HR Operations to oversee and optimize our HR functions and processes. The Director of HR Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives and programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes in HR best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role, with years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
