Job Description
The director need to have a very solid background in investment feasibilities and consolidation of multiple sizable projects since he will manage the consolidation function of 50 business plans that are very sizable for the whole group.
Background in big four is a must.
He will need to have local expertise in various real estate sectors.
He will need to have certification in ACCA / CPA at least to know the background of financial statement analysis and consolidation.
Lead a team of analysts to evaluate investment opportunities, allocate capital and manage risk. Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA preferred, CPA / ACCA is a must.
15+ years experience in investment analysis, portfolio management and risk analysis
Strong leadership, strategic thinking and people management skills
Manage a team of investment analysts in evaluating potential investment opportunities
Develop and implement investment strategies based on market analysis, risk profiles and return targets
Allocate capital across different asset classes and investment options
Monitor and regularly analyze performance of investment portfolios
Evaluate risk exposures and recommend actions to maintain optimal risk levels
Report on investment performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership
Support capital raising activities and assist with investor relations
Establish key performance indicators to measure success of investment strategies
Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing and teamwork among analysts
Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development
Stay up to date with financial markets, economic trends, and investment strategies
