JOB SUMMARY

Our 100+ team (Infrastructure & Real Estate) is expanding to meet the growing opportunities in the market.
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director to join our Infrastructure Advisory Practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in executing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects on behalf preferably of the government but can also be with the private sector.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage large-scale PPP projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
- Advise from strategy and business case preparations to commercial close and potentially beyond to contract delivery.
- Engage with the different government bodies, regulators and the private sector to understand their requirements so that projects attract competition, are bankable and generate Value for Money.
- Oversee the due diligence process, risk assessment, and financial structuring of PPP projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal, tax, and technical experts to ensure comprehensive project delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Represent the firm in high-level meetings and negotiations with key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
A strong infrastructure advisory background with at least 15 years of experience.
- track record of successfully executing PPP projects for government and private sector clients.
- in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- experience within healthcare, real estate, and/or transport sectors is preferred.
