Job Summary:
As the Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Sifr. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall expansion of the company's client base.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company goals and objectives
Lead and oversee our Business Development department, inspiring a team of professionals toward ambitious goals.
Provide strategic direction to the business development team, fostering innovation and excellence
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the agency and expand its presence within the creative and business communities.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client retention efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven business development experience in a creative agency or related industry.
Familiarity with the creative process and effective communication with creative teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
