Director E-Commerce.
The Director of E -Commerce is responsible for the success of the e-commerce business, planning, developing, managing website, mobile application, and manages the team deployed on the online store, enhance the necessary technologies and ensures their integration, leads the team to achieve the organization's goals in e-commerce, and on Top preparing marketing plan and implementing appropriate electronic marketing campaigns and achieving sales goals in e-commerce department.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1, Efforts to achieve the plans set for e-commerce department.
2, Ensure to establish sales goals for the online stores in cooperation with sales and marketing department.
3, Selecting suitable e-commerce applications and solutions, determining the goal of their practice, and organizing their connection to each other.
4, Determining the need for service providers (3rd parties), reviewing the proposed agreements and following up on their performance, for instance the online store requires electronic payment service providers, shipping and delivery, content and marketing.
5, Develop a comprehensive directions and instructions in the online store based on the functionality of the e-commerce system used.
6, Support the developers and technical team in the system testing stage.
7, Documenting the department's procedures and drawing possible scenarios and preparing them to deal with services such as (requests - complaints - returns - inquiries).
8, Analyze and test the user experience and report the necessary improvements.
9, Preparing store performance reports and making them accessible to the top management.
10, Analyze customer data and make available with marketing and sales teams.
11, Supporting best practices that will raise quality standards in the e-commerce department, such as supporting customer conversion for electronic payment, improving the quality of addresses.
12, Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and affiliates to drive traffic and sales.
13, Supervising SEO processes and following up on their results.
14, Comparing the online store with competing stores in terms of usability, performance and visibility in search engines.
15, Ensure that the infrastructure for analysis and marketing tools is prepared and installed in the online store as required.
16, Follow up the invoices of the online store with the team concerned with issuing invoices.
17, Assist and supervise in resolving the store's customer problems following the purchase process in the stores.
18, Ensure our e-commerce store is regularly updated with new products and promotions
19, Supervising and following up the availability of items in the store with their correct images and data.
20, Supervising and following up the store's sales officer in hiding and re-showing items when demanded.
21, Manage the daily operations of the companys website, including product updates, content creation, customer service, and troubleshooting.
22, Work to increase the number of followers of the company's accounts on various social media platforms.
23, Supervising the store's customer service team to ensure that the store's customer problems are solved and that customer inquiries are answered appropriately and within an appropriate period of time.
24, Managing paid e-marketing campaigns and supervising their implementation according to the plan and budget agreed upon in all platforms (Google - YouTube - Karteo - Twitter - Facebook - Instagram - Snapchat).
25, Managing social media content and supervising the response to customer inquiries with the competent team.
26, Issuing periodic reports for paid campaigns after the end of each campaign to evaluate the performance and returns of the campaign.
27, Evaluate reports on the performance of the online stores and paid campaigns.
28, Review and follow up the website and the application of Al-Manea and communicate with the programming team to solve technical Issues.
29, Enhance the necessary ideas for the upgradation of the website and supervise their implementation to ensure that the best look and enjoyable experience for customers is equal to and higher to competitors.
30, Take the necessary measures and procedures to configure the site with search engines and work to improve the ranking of the portals.
31, Follow-up with third parties in the application of sales and marketing agreements with them in the store (e.g. air conditioning initiative - banks, etc.)
32, Receive, review and deliver electronic advertising invoices to the marketing manager.
33, Pay the electronic advertising expenses from the store visa, and match its balance with the accounts every 3 months.
34, Perform any other tasks required from line manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 5 - 7 years experience as an Director E- Commerce Marketing.
Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
