Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance department, overseeing financial operations, planning, analysis, and risk management.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our clients business objectives, facilitating sustainable growth.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment with long-term goals.
- Direct the preparation and review of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and reports for board members and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to define and implement financial best practices, policies, and procedures across the organization.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards, adapting policies as necessary to meet regional requirements.
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors, ensuring all financial operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, such as Director of Finance, Senior Finance Manager, or similar positions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
- Strong foundation in financial management practices, strategic planning, and business analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a remote finance team.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving financial outcomes.
- Experience in developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and preparing financial statements.
- Familiarity with international financial regulations and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, with a capacity to adapt quickly to new technologies.
