Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) Division
The Director will lead the F&B division, overseeing the overall operations and performance of our restaurants in Dubai, and driving strategic growth initiatives across the GCC region.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

What you should have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5-8 years in managing F&B operations within the GCC region.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing multiple P&L accounts and achieving net profitability targets.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in setting up and launching new restaurants in the GCC region, with a thorough understanding of F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Network: Established network within the F&B industry across the GCC, including relationships with events management companies, tourism companies, marketing agencies, and mall management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Travel: This position requires frequent travel within the GCC region (minimum once per month). Candidates must be able to travel by car and air.
How you will contribute:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies for the F&B division that align with the group's overall strategy.
- Financial Management: Manage multiple P&L accounts across the GCC region, achieving revenue and net profitability targets.
- Expansion: Oversee the expansion and establishment of new restaurant locations within the GCC region.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure the financial stability and profitability of all outlets by managing and overseeing their operating cash flow.
- Standards and Services: Plan, direct, and monitor F&B standards and services across all outlets and kitchens, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Brand Strategy: Prepare and execute strategies related to pricing, placement, and branding to meet and exceed brand expectations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with mall management and other key stakeholders in the GCC region.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business, maintaining a Google review rating of 4.9 across all outlets.
- Policy Management: Establish, review, and update the division's policies, manuals, checklists, SOPs, and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
- Collaboration: Work with internal shared services teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, HR) to develop a comprehensive strategy for the division.
