Provide mentorship support to other coaches that are less experienced in the Team Saudi NexGen Program on items related to planning, administration, and operational logistics.
Overseeing all aspects of the NexGen National Junior Programme, including athlete assessment, coaching methodologies, and performance tracking.
Leading a team of coaches and support staff to create a cohesive training and learning environment that's fosters growth and excellence.
Organizing and conducting training camps, local, regional and international competition opportunities for the athletes.
Facilitate negotiations and conflict resolution within the team to ensure a harmonious and productive environment.
Develop and implement strategies for enhancing team dynamics and managing change.
Enhance communication protocols to strengthen team collaboration and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sport Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology or a related field an asset.
Minimum of ten (10) years of coaching at a high-performance level.
Certification from a recognized golf coaching organization (PGA, LPGA or equivalent)
Additional coaching certification in performance analysis, strength & conditioning, and sport psychology (eg. TPI, Trackman, GC Quad, Gears 3D Golf, Swing Catalyst)
Knowledge of nutrition, injury prevention, and mental conditioning strategies to golf.
