Role Overview: As the HR Director at Cequens, you will lead our HR function with strategic vision and operational excellence. Your role is pivotal in shaping the employee experience, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE, KSA, and Egypt. You will spearhead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a holistic approach to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development

- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify and address strategic HR challenges, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Egypt, the UAE, and KSA, mitigating risks and implementing best practices to protect the interests of the company and its employees
- Champion continuous improvement efforts in HR processes, policies, and systems, seeking opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to drive business success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Extensive experience (X+ years) in HR leadership roles, preferably within the technology sector or a similar fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Egypt, the UAE, and KSA, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives
- Analytical capabilities, including the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable
