Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and quality for hotel operations.
  • Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Oversee purchasing process from requisition to delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand procurement needs, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement process improvements to enhance guest experience.
  • Mentor and develop procurement team to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 10-12 years of procurement experience in the hotel sector, with leadership role preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools used in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations in hotel operations.
