We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director of Risk and Insurance to lead and oversee all aspects of our client's risk management program.
You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of risk management principles and insurance practices to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that safeguards our client's assets and minimizes financial losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management program aligned with our overarching corporate goals.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential threats across all facets of the organization.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of potential losses.
- Oversee the procurement, negotiation, and renewal of insurance policies across various lines of coverage (e.g., property, casualty, cyber, business interruption).
- Meticulously manage insurance expenditures, ensuring optimal coverage at the most competitive rates.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment between risk management strategies and overall business objectives.
