With 1,600 rooms and suites, 23 restaurants, 3 ballrooms, and 37 meeting rooms, Al Habtoor City is located on Sheikh Zayed Road by Dubai Water Canal.

• Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating business plans, and developing and executing sales strategies on behalf of Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection.

• Qualifications

Sales, Team Leadership, and Team Management skills

• Sales Management and Business Planning expertise

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience in the luxury hotel or hospitality industry required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth

• Candidates currently working as Assistant Director of Sales or Director of Sales with at least 3 years of UAE experience are strongly considered
