Job Description

Position Overview:

As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth through the development and execution of effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Forex industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success in leading high-performance sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales team's targets and showing a leading example to the team with their results.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key CEO and Clients, brokers, trading platforms, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize performance and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor performance regularly.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to support sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and leverage this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and build strategic partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments in the Forex sector.
  • Develop and adjust sales strategies based on market insights to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the Forex industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Forex markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
