Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth through the development and execution of effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Forex industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success in leading high-performance sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Responsible for achieving the sales team's targets and showing a leading example to the team with their results.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key CEO and Clients, brokers, trading platforms, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize performance and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor performance regularly.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and leverage this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and build strategic partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments in the Forex sector.
- Develop and adjust sales strategies based on market insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the Forex industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and growing sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Forex markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
