Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales at dusitD2 kenz Hotel Dubai. The Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes collaborating with different departments to ensure the hotel's sales goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Experience in sales operations and team management
• Great corporate network within Tecom, Al Barsha, Media City, Dubai Marina, JLT and Jebel Ali areas
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
