Position: Director of Operations / Sales- Company: Expatriate Global

- Overview: Expatriate Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations / Sales to lead our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in business setup services, relocation assistance, second citizenship programs (CBI), and Golden Visa services. This role will be critical in driving our operations and sales efforts, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to business setup, relocation, citizenship services, and Golden Visa programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting performance targets and providing regular feedback and training.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Gather client feedback and use it to improve services and client experience.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to differentiate Expatriate Global in the market.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Oversee the provision of Golden Visa services, ensuring clients meet eligibility requirements and receive comprehensive support throughout the application process.- Stay updated on changes in Golden Visa regulations and communicate relevant information to clients.
Develop marketing strategies to promote Golden Visa services and attract potential clients.
Develop and manage the operations and sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Prepare regular reports on operational and financial performance for senior management.
Oversee invoicing, billing, and financial transactions related to client services.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations and sales management, with a focus on business setup services, relocation assistance, second citizenship programs (CBI), and Golden Visa services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or operations management is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in Dubai and other relevant jurisdictions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
