Job Summary-
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced of Sales to lead our sales at Rotana. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets. You will be actively involved in identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and motivating the sales team to achieve exceed targets.
Job Responsibility-
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals, providing coaching and mentoring, and conducting regular performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team
Candidate Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar role in the hospitality industry
