Ambassador Group of Schools are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of School Operations to join and support our growing group of schools in the UAE including the Indian and IB curricula schools.

- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the operational success of Ambassador Group of schools. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of all facilities, IT, security, administration and compliance issues across the school, ensuring a safe, efficient, and conducive learning environment for our students and staff. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for excellence in educational operations.
- To have an eye for detail and ensure all aspects of school operations run smoothly. Have an eye for detail and oversee all non-academic day to day operations of the Ambassador Group of Schools, and ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of education and customer service.
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Ensures that the school complies with all relevant regulations, and maintain a safe environment for students and staff.
- Develop and manage the schools operational budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost-effective practices.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to develop and implement long-term operational strategies that support the school's mission and goals.
- Develop and oversee crisis response protocols, ensuring the school is prepared for emergencies and unforeseen events.
- Ability to inspire, lead and manage the schools operations team to achieve operational excellent, by providing guidance, professional development, and performance evaluations.
