Our client is a leading contracting and service provider in KSA, serving and operating across various industries in the region is seeking for a Talent Acquisition Director.
The Talent Acquisition Director will be monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters, and identifying high-potential candidates. Also, overseeing the creation and implementation of a comprehensive recruiting strategy that ensures a company recruit and hires the best talent available.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create a talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Supervise recruiting personnel.
- Ensure positive candidate experience.
- Organize career fairs and assessment centre.
- Develop talent strategies and hiring plans.
- Develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting.
- Candidate sourcing.
- Candidate screening.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum), Masters or HR Certification (added advantage)
- At least 10 years experience handling recruitment, with 5 years minimum experience on a senior role
- Retail, F&B, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, and/or large blue collar industry background is a must.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
- Excellent Leadership and People Management skills
