Dorsch works as Project Management Consultants (PMC) with Major O&G clients in Abu Dhabi.
Work Location : Abu Dhabi City (Site Visits to Island may be required)
Project Duration : 37 Months
Project : PMC Services for Mubarraz Redevelopment (EPC Phase).

Engineering:
- Review all Engineering deliverables produced by the contractor to ensure compliance with contractual documents/requirements.
- Review the contractor's development of Process Flow Diagrams, Engineering Flow Diagrams, plot plans, hazardous area classification and utility summaries.
- Review material selection report.
- Review the contractor's development of designs for critical major equipment items including appropriate attendance at Vendors meetings as necessary.
- Respond to technical questions in consultation with Clients from CONTRACTOR.
- Participate with contractor in Safety and Hazop Review meetings.
- Review technical content of claims for changes in the WORK.
Project Engineering:
- Review of engineering work to verify that it is developed in accordance with contractual documents and Contractor Project Execution Proposal as accepted by Client
- Review Contractors proposals to deviate from the project Standards e.g. to comply with the local laws, resolve any conflict between the standards, codes or specifications detailed in the PROJECT specifications, and review the contractor's additional job Specifications.
- The contractor will identify those major and critical equipment items which will have high cost, complex technology, high pressure, etc.
- Review the contractor's reports of the calculated utility consumption/production and compare to pre-engineered utility balances. Verify that utility plant capacities are as guaranteed.
- Review Contractors material balances of effluent streams and compare to pre-engineered material balances.
- Check selected documents to verify that the contractor meets the environmental requirements included in the PROJECT SPECIFICATION
- Verify that all design safety aspects are reviewed and included by Contractor
- Quality, Environment & Safety Systems for Contractor.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate Engineer with Minimum 10-12 years of Experience working in Large scale O&G preferably Offshore Projects with PMC Consultants . (7-8+ years of UAE / GCC Exp is preferred)
Previous experience in Redevelopment projects, Well Head Platforms, Utility section , CFP,CDP, BBP, CD-2 etc., is an advantage.
