Salary: 7,000 SAR (1865 USD)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months
Joining date: within one month (once documents are ready)
Working hours: 6 days weekly, 9-10 hours per day including 1 hour break

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred), and other languages (preferred)
- Excellent guest service skills, ability to engage with guests and provide courteous service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Skilled in providing immediate first aid treatment in case of any injury or illness.
- Ability to Perform CPR and other necessary first aid procedures during an emergency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a cheerful, helpful, and friendly attitude towards colleagues, on-island staff, and guests alike, and provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Determine schedules and routes for drivers and ensure that schedules and routes are up to date at any given point of time.
- Coordinate and manage pool of vehicles and buggies ensuring timely and efficient dispatching.
- Work closely with drivers and ensure that they are equipped with the most up-to-date information to answer all guest questions with a high level of knowledge about Sindalah facilities and services, as well as KSA and other NEOM entities.
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to provide seamless service.
- Handle any passenger complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Keep track of the status of each request or movement from the moment it is created until it is completed.
- Keep a track record of the vehicle and buggy conditions to ensure that a sufficient pool of vehicles and buggies are available to provide the required level of service at all times.
- Ensure close communication with the drivers and Site Supervisor so that everybody is aligned.
- To assist in ensuring that all buggies are kept well-maintained and clean at all times, any technical fault should be reported to the Site Supervisor.
- Ensure that all drivers follow all safety rules when driving the buggy/vehicle and drive with utmost care, making sure that passengers are unharmed.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to provide a seamless guest experience at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to management.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
