Job description- Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee merchandising and create impactful product displays in our retail setting.
Develop merchandising strategies to optimize sales and enhance customer engagement.- Design and arrange product displays to highlight features and promotions effectively.
Maintain and update displays to ensure visual appeal and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management teams.
Gather and analyze customer feedback on display setups.- Train and support store staff in maintaining merchandising standards.
Experience in merchandising and display management preferred.- Strong attention to detail and creative abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
