Distribution Sales Manager

Job Description:

- Manage and lead the company's sales team in the local and regional markets

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability

- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with key customers

- Prepare sales performance reports, financial analysis, and statistical data

- Participate in the development and pricing of new products and services

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in similar leadership roles

- Familiarity with both retail and wholesale sales

- Prior experience in the electrical or industrial field is preferred

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Strong knowledge of modern sales and marketing techniques

- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports

- Fluency in English language

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Patents or professional certifications in the electrical field are desirable

- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and data analysis
