Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Supervisor F&B for our Client located in North Lebanon. As a Sales Supervisor F&B, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team in the food and beverage industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing sales data, open new clienta, visit market, training and coaching the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and communicating with customers and internal teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data
- Experience in team management and supervising a sales team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in training and coaching sales team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
