Your Job :
Koch Engineered Solutions KES is looking for a Document Control Specialist to join the quality team with our KES Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, candidate will coordinate, implement, and maintain the company's Document Control and Training System Responsibilities.
What you will do :
- Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the company
- Assist in supporting external audits, coordinating activities in backroom and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditors
- Update and control procedure documents and forms
- Take charge of all document identification, classification, and filing
- Conform to company enforced specifications and document control procedures
- Maintain good tracking systems
- Ensure that documents are properly saved and protected from data loss situations
- Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
- Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
- Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution
- Handle records across various departments
- Establish and maintain record retention timelines
- Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient
- Any job-related task assigned by the line manager
Who you are :
- Experience in quality control documentations
- English Fluency
- Proficient using MS Office
- Detail Oriented
- Organized and efficient
- Microsoft office skills
- Communication skills
- Must be a team player who is willing to cooperate and consider inputs
- Ability to work in a cross functional organization
What will put you ahead:
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years document control experience
- Archival experience
- Proficient in SharePoint
