We're currently recruiting a Document Controller.
Mission
Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure the accurate and efficient control of all project documentation, managing the flow and storage of documents, and ensuring that they are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the document control process for the project, ensuring accurate logging, distribution, and retrieval of documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) for easy access to project documents.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory documentation standards.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and updates of project documents.
- Handle correspondence related to documentation, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
- Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure compliance.
- Support project staff with document control procedures and systems.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Training certificates in document control, records management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar document control role.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Regional Experience: Knowledge of Middle Eastern documentation standards and practices is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
