Job Description
Coordinating with the technical office, contractors, Consultants and the financial department for all project s documentation.
Receive, review, log, and distribute construction documents (drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, etc.)
Maintain document control and identify discrepancies if any.
Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders (contractors, architects, engineers, etc.)
Track document transmittals and approvals
Participate in projects meetings (as needed) to record the raised points for project progress and document requirements in addition to MOM.
Maintain recording BUs and important correspondences in the project s files.
Manage and archive all official and approved project s documents and drawings.
maintain the projects archiving system for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Implement and maintain a document control system (electronic or hard copy)
Ensure documents are up-to-date and reflect the latest revisions
Maintain a document archive system for easy retrieval
Close the projects and archive the projects documents soft and hard.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering is Preferred.
Minimum 3 years of Experience.
Excellent in MS Office.
Excellent in English Language.
Extensive knowledge in auditing, reviewing and archiving projects documentations.
Working knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
