LOCATION
Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role will be primarily office based with flexibility to travel to Iraq on a visiting basis preferred but not essential.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Programme Director and Deputy Programme Director being responsible for document registration, issue control, transmittal, and distribution.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Document registration, issue control, copying, distribution and transmittal.
Control reports, letters, memos, drawings, specification, records, standards, procedures, correspondence, minutes of meetings and supplier documents, etc.
Formatting of the above documentation as required.
Manages incoming and outgoing mails, documents, workflows across the programme.
Maintaining and organizing project folders.
Co-ordination with the document control and administrative team based in Baghdad, Iraq.
Co-ordination with the translation team for the programme.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum relevant experience 5 years in the role.
Minimum 2 years work experience using SharePoint.
Experienced user of internet-based document control systems.
Advanced user of MS Office Applications.
Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
Fluent English both written and spoken.
Arabic preferred but not essential.
