The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available to project teams, contractors, and clients. The role involves working on-site in Qatar, with a focus on managing documentation for project associated with the Public Works Authority.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, with at least 2 years on project sites in Qatar.
Previous experience working with PWA projects is highly desirable.- Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of construction documentation, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Familiarity with QCS (Qatar Construction Standards) and international standards for documentation.
- Understanding of project management principles and workflows within a construction site environment.
Preference for locally available candidates with transferable Residence Permit.- Qatar Driving License is an added value.
