Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ironmongery Estimator at Silver Shore in Dubai. The role involves estimating materials and costs for architectural hardware projects, collaborating with the sales and project teams, and providing accurate and timely estimates for clients.

Qualifications
- Estimating, Cost Estimation, and Budgeting skills
- Knowledge of Architectural Hardware and Ironmongery
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software
- Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in ironmongery estimating.
- Proven knowledge of architectural ironmongery products, brands, and applications.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with estimating software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam, or similar).
- GAI Diploma or similar certification in ironmongery or construction is an advantage.
