SALARY: 5,000 AED/month
As a draftsman/3D renderer at Revive Renovation Dubai, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and realistic 3D visualizations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and Design: Creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and blueprints based on architectural designs and specifications provided by architects and designers.
- 3D Rendering: Generating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of proposed renovation projects using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Collaboration, Detail Orientation, & Deadline Management: Working closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure that drawings and renderings align with project requirements and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a draftsman/3D renderer in a renovation, architecture, or construction firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software for drafting and 3D modeling/rendering.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Dubai/UAE is preferred.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness, with an eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
