Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our team, focusing on helping clients establish and structure their businesses in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of both Free Zone and Mainland business setup procedures in Dubai.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGuide clients through the complete business setup process in Dubai's Free Zones and Mainland
- Provide expert consultation on optimal business structure and jurisdiction selection
- Manage license applications, corporate documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with government departments, free zone authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with local sponsors when required for Mainland company setup
- Assist with bank account opening procedures for new businesses
- Ensure compliance with UAE commercial regulations and legal requirements
- Provide regular updates to clients throughout the setup process
- Work closely with our UK legal team to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in Dubai business setup consultancy
- Proven track record of successful business establishments in both Free Zones and Mainland
- In-depth knowledge of UAE commercial laws and regulations
- Excellent understanding of different Free Zone jurisdictions and their benefits
- Strong network of contacts within Dubai government departments and Free Zone authorities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
- Arabic language skills would be an advantage

- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Professional demeanor and business acumen
- Ability to work with diverse international clients
