As Duty Manager Security you will be Providing the security operational and administrative support by ensuring compliance with local and International regulations, instructions and procedures issued by Head of Security HIA and QCAA. Also, delivers confidential operational administrative support to an excellent standard.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintain and control procedures and ensure compliance through, briefing, monitoring and debriefing of the staff to ensure that all relevant national and international regulations are met.
Ensuring transfer's security checkpoints and Hold baggage screening process are delivered in compliance with local regulations and SLA is maintained throughout the time.
Ensuring secondary screening duties are performed in compliance with foreign authorities requirements.
Responsible to ensure other airline security services are delivered as per foreign authorities requirements and all the required supervision coverage and documentation process are managed thoroughly.
Creates reports to provide regular effective Management Information on a whole host of operational staff related areas, ranging from but not limited to Overtime, Attendance, Uniform usage, Operational consumables etc.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent without prior experience
Preferred:
Aviation security experience.
Ability to drive and to attain Qatar driving license
Regulatory experience, Police, Military Police or general military operations experience.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good working knowledge of general security operations requirements.
