Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor at The Lake House Club in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer service team, ensuring excellent service delivery, handling customer escalations, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and develop the team members, as well as the ability to collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Job Descriptions :-

  • Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements.

  1. Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
  2. Uphold and enforce company policies
  3. Train new hires
  4. Schedule shifts
  5. Address customer issues and complaints
  6. Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities
  7. Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues
  8. Oversee security of the facility
  9. Communicating with customers and working to find appropriate solutions.
  10. Planning activities and distributing responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
  11. Answering questions or inquiries that the customer needs to know.
  12. Time management and allocating an appropriate period for each client according to his needs and requirements.
  13. Immediate response to customer inquiries
  14. Achieving and ensuring customer satisfaction
  15. Providing all the information the customer needs

Qualifications

  1. Work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role
  2. Previous experience in the tourism preferred
  3. Customer service experience
  4. Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures
  5. Team management skills
  6. Strong organizational skills
  7. Experience with facilities maintenance and/or security
  8. Strong problem-solving skills
  9. Availability to work in shifts including weekends
  10. BSc in Business Administration is a plus
