Job Summary:
The Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring E-commerce businesses through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have experience in acquisition and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential E-commerce sellers to discuss their business needs and offer our platform Sllr as a solution
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-up calls and emails
- Negotiate and close deals with potential sellers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in acquisition or tele-sales in the E-commerce field
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a tele-sales / acquisition role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
